FAQ · Omaha, NE
Gutter questions, answered straight.
The things Omaha homeowners ask most before they book: seamless versus sectional, what it costs, how fast we get out, and who we are. If yours is not here, call us and we will answer it on the spot.
Are you a registered contractor?
Yes. Most High Gutters is a registered Nebraska contractor (#50967-24), and every seamless gutter installation is backed by a 1-year written warranty.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the greater Omaha metro, including Lincoln, Grand Island, and Council Bluffs, IA, and anywhere within about 120 miles of Prague, NE.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, check, and Venmo.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes, our minimum fee is $250. That covers the cost of getting a crew and equipment to your home, so a very small job and a slightly larger one often land in the same place. If what you need falls under that, we will tell you before we schedule anything rather than after.
How quickly can you respond?
We respond the same day to every new inquiry.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every installation carries a 1-year warranty that covers leaks, and any part of the gutter that fails because of how it was installed. If something we put up does not hold, we come back and fix it.
Do you offer emergency or after-hours service?
We don't offer 24/7 emergency service, but we do respond same-day to new inquiries.
How long does gutter installation take?
Most residential jobs run about four to eight hours, depending on the height of the house and how many separate runs it has. Larger or more complex rooflines land at the higher end. We can give you a time estimate specific to your home when you call.
What are the signs I need new gutters instead of a repair?
Common warning signs include gutters pulling away from the roofline, visible cracks or splits, rust spots, water spilling over the sides instead of draining through the downspouts, and standing water after a rain. If you're seeing any of these, it's worth having someone take a look before the damage spreads to your fascia, roof edge, or foundation.
